Core Platform Package

One-time setup: €600 (1–5 technicians)
€100 per month (1–5 technicians) - monthly billing begins after the 1st month

This is not a generic CRM adapted for trades. It is structured around pest control operations.

Additional technicians

The base package includes up to 5 technicians.

For businesses with more than 5 technicians, pricing is provided upon request based on operational size and infrastructure requirements. Scaling is structured and proportional - not aggressively priced per seat.

Setup – €600 for 1–5 technicians

The initial setup cost of €600 covers a full, configured deployment for your company (1–5 technicians). Larger teams can be quoted based on requirements. In most cases, a working Firebase backend, hosting configuration and Android App Distribution build are prepared within 48 hours of receiving payment and completed onboarding details. Setup includes:

• Backend configuration and secure deployment
• Firestore security rule configuration
• Hosting configuration
• Domain connection and DNS configuration
• Email integration setup
• Initial data structure configuration
• Branding configuration
• Demo environment provisioning

This is a configured operational system built specifically for your business - not a template install.

Monthly plan – €100 per month (1–5 technicians)

The €100 monthly fee begins after the 1st month. Your monthly plan includes ongoing maintenance and operational care:

• Secure hosting & backend infrastructure upkeep
• Database monitoring
• Security updates
• Bug fixes
• Compatibility updates
• Minor feature improvements
• Firebase infrastructure monitoring
• Performance optimisation

Your system remains maintained and operational without surprise cost escalations.

Support & response times

Support is structured to protect operational continuity:

• 24-hour response time (including out-of-hours acknowledgement)
• Critical issue assessment outside business hours
• Temporary rollback available if required
• Bug fixes performed outside of business hours where possible to avoid disruption

If a rollback is required to stabilise operations, it will be implemented immediately while a permanent fix is developed. Operational stability always comes first.

Infrastructure & domain policy

Each company operates on its own dedicated Firebase backend for security and separation.

If you require a dedicated domain (e.g. yourcompanycrm.ie):

• Domain purchase cost is your responsibility
• Access to DNS must be provided
• DNS configuration is required to connect securely to the infrastructure

PestControlOS does not own your domain.

If Firebase usage exceeds free-tier limits, those infrastructure costs are invoiced directly to your company. These charges are passed through transparently and are not retained by PestControlOS.

Your contracts and customer data remain your property.

Minimum term & cancellation

There is a 6-month minimum contract. This ensures:

• System stability
• Operational continuity
• Infrastructure cost recovery
• Development allocation planning

After the initial 6-month term, cancellation may be provided with 30 days written notice.

Early cancellation policy

If cancellation occurs:

• Day 0–14 (inclusive): a €200 cancellation charge applies. The remaining balance of the setup fee will be refunded.
• Day 15–30 (inclusive): a €400 cancellation charge applies. The remaining balance of the setup fee will be refunded.
• After 30 days: all setup payments become non-refundable (up to the €600 setup fee).

Cancellation charges reflect onboarding, system configuration, deployment work, and allocated development resources. This policy does not affect statutory rights under Irish law.
